Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (UPS Ground)
Shipping times are based on in-stock items and your selected shipping method. To estimate the arrival date of your order, add the processing time and the shipping time to calculate the total shipping time in business days to receive your items. If an item is not in-stock, additional delivery time will apply based on the product’s availability and must be added to the total shipping time. At this time we only ship within the continental United States. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska will be quoted out.

Total Business Days to Receive Your Items
Shipping Method: You may select your own shipping method for most products. Certain items require Tech Close Outs to select the shipping method and not all options may be available depending on the items in your shopping cart. Free Shipping promotion is only available on Standard Shipping.
Shipping Time: The amount of time in transit for your selected shipping method.
Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing Time: 1-24 Hours. In-Stock orders placed by 3pm during business days are usually shipped out the same day.
Returns & Exchanges
Tech Close Outs is committed to making you happy before, during and after every purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise, we’ll gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full purchase price paid, whichever you prefer. If you live in the L.A. area, you can return or exchange your merchandise directly to our store. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If the item was shipped to you via UPS we’ll even pay for return shipping!
Returns as easy as 1-2-3
- Step 1 Log in or go to your account to access the order and select the items you want to return. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
- Step 2 Print your return shipping label and attach it to your original box or any cardboard shipping box. Remove old shipping labels or mark out the original tracking numbers.
- Step 3 Drop your box off at any authorized UPS Shipping Center. We recommend that you return items via UPS insured.
